Clash amsthm and hyperref

Clash amsthm and hyperref

The program below shows a problem with hyperref and amsthm. Not really a
problem for me, since I don't use amsthm anyway so I just threw it out,
but still it took me quite some time to figure it out. At the office I
didn't have this problem, by the way. I use TeXworks and pdfLaTeX, and
updated all packages involved to the latest versions. Hope this is enough
info to get the problem fixed.
